Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During product launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier.

God & I, Do… It’s My Vow! is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or unforeseen events

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue
